Warranty
Every hardware solution supplied by Public Computing are warranted for one year. Warranty plans are as follows:
- Standard component warranty: this covers all components for the first year (from date of kiosk completion and/or shipment) and provides a basic return-to-depot warranty. In the unlikely event of component failure the customer removes the component and ships it to Public Computing at customer's expense. Public Computing will repair or replace the component and return it to the customer at Public Computing’s expense. The component will be shipped back using the same method of shipment as was used to return to Public Computing and maximum within 30 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for installing of the repaired or replaced component.
- Extended kiosk and component warranty: Our most popular prepaid warranty/service program, this is only available at the time of purchase. Contact Public Computing to discuss the optimal extended warranty program for your kiosk project.
